Tired man,

w00ted,haha! Holidays finally arrived,yep holidays= hardcore training again xD gonna train harder,be faster,throw further..haha seems chiem.Ok lets talk bout discus-.-'',that day i lost to james...nt sad at all..i didnt throw my best,the prob is i was leading at first until the last throw man...imagine how i felt at that time =X.
James trained more discus than me..discus was his shot put to me so i haf got no complains losing to him by like less than a metre.but rememeber this,next time u see a discus competition,i will win.WIN.

talking bout shot put..haha..ladies and gentlemen...boys and gals...gays and lesbians =X proud to annouce that on the 9th of march 07,the greatest pig of all time,Porky hit 12.40m =DDD(5.45kg ball) quite happy with that,but i dun think thats my best throw =D.lets see wad happens on sports day,give me a bit of pressure,and BOOM!,thats it... best throw comes out from my finger =D

talking bout training,lol friday was a tough one,seriously.the day i had my P.b was the day that i sunburnt myself during TRAINING.WTF TRAINING KENA SURNBUNRT!zzz,did 100 throws that day,some gym,abit of flipping actions,stamina training.think thats about it, haha, little exercises,but those are the ones that freak u out =X Imagine throwing a 5.45kg ball 100times...hmm thats still nothing compared to Laychi =D strongest woman in singapore!! 200 discus throw per day keeps u winning all the way!!! =X 500-600 shot put throws a day,make u go all the way to sea games =D-.-''.
But can everyone believe it?she throws that much a DAY! and after that,she go for drills and gym, pretty amazed,

maybe i should put a little post here about laychi,hmmmm to be simple, she is the most determined gal i ever seen in this business.LOL/, she trains EVERY SINGLE DAY,except if she haf some dumb driving test or something =X so if u leave ur water bottle inside the gym,call her and ask u to keep it for u =X.She is super strong,a nice lady, and of cos my buddy la =D (cause she threaten to pull my leg hair =X)i hope that see can make is for s.e.a games this year,a young lady of 19..hope she can make it to asia games den..i jus wish her all the best for all the hard work she had put it.

Back to me.., i am still troubled about how i am gonna defeat the hwachong ppl...hmm i think i shld nt think of this too much..as i always say... Do your best,God will do the rest... =D trust in him =D..
