Today training = 2 words to describe,GAO GAO.
firstly i learnt how to do cleans using new teachnique =D at the first try,i hit 60kilos =D.next my benchpull P.B 65kilos.OWNAGE =D
was quite happy with training session today,did freaking alot of core excercises and how that my **PACS** will come out soon enough xD.

today woke up,FELT THE PAIN IN MY STOMACH AH!then when to toilet..dun wan to describe the process..but it was shity time T.T.so i decided to stay at home lo,sleep sleep sleep like a porky until now,going to study for my physics real soon,haha,but i heard it was darn hard xD.Watched Borat ytd,super funny,laffed until my neighbours could hear me.LOL.And for ppl who haven realised..i have a Tag board =D come and spam me anytime man i dun mind. Yea i think i am gonna arrange my things now,cause its really super messy,will start back training tml.For thoose going back to peihwa on friday,cya!for those who are not....TC cause the next time we gonna meet is till Teacher's day..

ok guys,today was quite ok la,except that i screwed up both my tests and that i am scared i will fail them T.T but..today's training is like super funny la,i was doing benchpress,when Duane suddenly comes in and wonder where the hell is MA,lol....den we were like laffing our asses off at him because Ma went to genting alrdy =x.Ya so, i gt my brand new levis specs leh ^^ gao gao.dunno whether nice anot,nvm la,new new one,still must wear =D.then sian lo,tml gt physics test,believe it or not,i haven even started on a single bit while i am still blogging here T.T.While anyway...i guess i will be lonely again this valentine.

Introduction-and welcome to the world of me,Porky!

Hey everyone,ok la i just started a blog la,and i am using singrish la to type the posts ar,so pardon me arh!!Lets start of with a intro of myself,eh....I am JingSheng,u can call me,Jing,Porky,Mr.Jing =D.I am currently a full time sportsman and a part time student.I am 15 this year and really seriously into this sport called TAF.Definitely no t TrimAndFit club la...wah lao...Its track and field man,i am doing shot put currently.K ya so....Season is starting soon...and i will need a LARGE REEBOK gym belt soon la,which will cost me 34bucks,but the thing is...Jiunlin is buying it for me =D.talking bout my close friends ar...maybe i should make a post bout my friends later on.But now ar i am super duper busy,as busy as a Porky.cause i need to mug as there are like 4 test on tuesday la.I think tomorrow is a rest day for me,and i will continue training on Tuesday.ya,BTW,CNY IS COMING!LETS WAIT FOR THE ECONOMICAL BOOST DURING DIS SEASON! =D
